Accounts
TopRP has the permission to remove or change any part of your profile, or any other personal information you add into TopRP without notice.
Advertisements
This site will include some sort of advertisment, we are not held responsible to what they are or any problems they may produce. although we work hard to try and prevent this.
Connectivity
TopRP does not guarantee connectivity.
Intellectual Rights
Any individual who attempts to reverse engineer, hack, gain unauthorized entry into or undermine the system integrity of TopRP (including attempting to access any internal part of the site from an offsite location) will be dealt with to the fullest extent of the law.
Cheating
Any site caught cheating votes will have all advertisements removed, their game profile deleted with no refunds without warning.
AT ANY POINT CAN THE OWNER REMOVE YOU FROM THE SITE WITHOUT HAVING TO GIVE WARNING.
NOTWITHSTANDING THE FOREGOING, IN NO EVENT SHALL 'TopRP.net' HAVE ANY LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS, DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE) EXCEEDING THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING THIS SITE.

TopRP registration requires you to input your personal information which includes a valid e-mail address authenticate you. Your E-Mail is used to verify your account and to get in touch with you. Your IP address is logged and monitored on this site. This information is only available to staff and used for administration and monitoring purposes.Your information will not be sold or used on any other site but TopRP.
Public:
This site contains areas where members voice their opinions, where ever this may be. We cannot take responsibility for this, all though we do moderate content on TopRP, if you find anything which you find offense contact a member of staff. Also in the public areas there may be links to a external site, we do not moderate any of these external sites so we cannot be blamed for what it may contain.
Passwords:
Your password is created and used by you to login to your account. We try to protect our users passwords with care using encryption in db to secure them. But we cannot guarentee their safety, if in the unlikely event of unauthorized access to the db, we cannot be blamed for the loss of accounts/passwords.
Sharing:
We will not sell your passwords,emails,personal information to another company.
